How to remove your information from Acxiom?
Acxiom provides two data privacy options:
- Opting out of sale/ sharing of your personal information with third parties
- Deletion of all personal information collected about you
How to opt out of Acxiom
Step 1: Open Acxiom.com.
Step 2: Scroll down to the footer and click the “Do not sell my personal information” link.

Step 3: Fill out the opt-out form with your data and click the “Submit” button.

Step 4: Enter an email address to receive a confirmation link, solve the CAPTCHA, and click “Submit.”

Step 5: Open an email from Acxiom and click the confirmation link.

Step 6: On the appearing page, solve the CAPTCHA and click “Submit.”

Acxiom will now assign a reference number to your request which we recommend saving.
How to delete your data from Acxiom
Step 1: Open Acxiom’s Privacy Rights Portal.
Step 2: Complete the form with your information, selecting “Delete” as the right to exercise. Then solve the CAPTCHA and click “Submit.”
Note: The form also provides the right to “Limit use/ Opt out of sensitive personal information”, but it’s treated as a request for deletion. Thus, you can simply exercise the Right to Delete without submitting any additional requests.

Your request has been submitted and should be processed within 45 days.
You should later receive an email with a link to log into your Privacy Portal account and review the status of your request.
Your data is still exposed on other brokers
